Coast Guard regulations permit 6 passengers

We honor a 7 day and a 48 hour cancellation policy.  All charters cancelled within the 48h hr  period of their scheduled charter will not receive a refund of their $500  reservation deposit.  Any cancellation within a 7 day period  before the last 48 hrs, will receive a 50% ( $250) refund of their $500  reservation deposit.  All cancelations prior to 7 days of your scheduled charter will receive a 100% refund.

Weather cancellations are at the Captain's discretion. Contact Captain Kroop to initiate a cancellation and  to receive a refund.

Guests to pay via the link in their confirmation text for an easy contact-less payment. A payment is due in full within 24hrs of the  reservation. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards.

Refunds will be issued back if cancellation takes places within the 48hr cancellation policy.  The original deposit or full form of payment must be initiated by contacting Captain Kroop at (808)  344-0250.  Expect refunds to take 5 business days after receiving a refund confirmation from Captain Kroop.

Sun protection and warm layers, non-spray sunscreen , sunglasses, water,  hat,  and a good attitude

Hiking boots, heels, spray sunscreen, cigarettes, chocolate, Cheetos, red wine, saucy fand greasy foods, fake tattoos, spray on tan, styrofoam coolers, oversized bags, and pets to name a few.  If you're questioning to bring something on the boat please contact Captain Kroop at (808) 344-0250. 

The boat has 2  built-in coolers. Guests can also bring their own non styrofoam coolers.
